Due to the nature of sites like yiff.party, it is very difficult to find payment processors who will accept clients like us. Until a viable way of accepting monetary donations becomes available, cryptocurrency will remain the only option.

Tonight, we have a real treat for the many 3K players among our fans – the official release of Radious Wu Kingdaissance Compatibility Submod! It has been requested multiple times in the past and we were finally able to find the time to create it! It contains all the necessary balance changes and tweaks to make new content found in the great Wu Kingdaissance mod work better alongside our own Overhaul, resulting in a far more engaging and entertaining gaming experience! As it is a submod, it requires both original mods (i.e. Radious and Wu Kingdaissance) to be active in order to work. Below you can find all the necessary links. Changelog:

- Various unit balance changes.

- Removed confederation option for all factions - it makes no sence, it cripples always economy and feels very out of place when somebody confederates Hector or Agamemnon etc.

- AI can handle smaller empires far more effectively.

- Additional Horde Buffs - improved economy, increased growth.

- Improved Horde technology effects and buffs.

- Rebalanced most of the infantry unit running speed and their mass.

Today we have for you another big update for our 3K overhaul mod. After finishing Nanman roster overhaul we have worked very hard to create 6 new unique units to Shi Xie FLC faction. His units are very unique Nanman/Tribal/Han style hybrids. On top of that we have some additional changes, visual fixes and latest beta update 1.6.1. is fully supported (and required). Our unit tree gallery is also now fully updated once again!

Our mod now has exactly 180 unique custom units covering all ingame factions and cultures!

We just have a quick announcement to make today, as we are releasing a big update to our main Overhaul and two of our Warhammer II submods – Skill Overhaul and Warlords. As always, these updates are packed with content, fixes and tweaks; and have been designed to increase the enjoyability of your Total War games! You can find the full changelogs below. Radious Skill Overhaul Submod

· This update marks a significant increase in the amount of content and scope of the submod, with more skills and improved magic still on the way;

· To reflect this change of focus, the official name is shortened from ‘Radious Skill Dump and Skill Overhaul Submod’ to ‘Radious Skill Overhaul Submod’

· This also includes a new and refreshed thumbnail;

· The skill dump remains unaffected, it merely becomes one of the many new skills added,

· Teclis’ magic line completely reworked, his skills have been swapped with either stronger versions of themselves or adapted book spells,

· He also no longer has fireball as a bound spell, it has been replaced with ‘Soul Quench’ instead,

· Runelords’ rune abilities have been significantly altered. They no longer provide the character with ancillaries but rather with passive buffs for the whole army, making their selection worthwhile;

· New unique skills added to the following Lords:

o General of the Empire (3);

o Dwarf Lord (3);

o Bretonnian Lord (3);

o Beastlord (3);

o Chaos Lord (3);

o Marauder Chieftain (1);

· The new skills range from campaign buffs and army buffs to personal character buffs. They are all in keeping with the lore and the overall balance of the Overhaul;

· Small balance changes to the skills already altered by the submod previously;


Radious Warlords Submod

· Balance tweaks and small fixes

· Added a new skill, called ‘Field Repairs’, to the Guildmaster. It increases replenishment for flying and artillery units in his army;

· Added four missing Bretonnian unique skills to the Hermit Knight (e.g. The Blessings of the Lady);

· Added three missing Beastmen unique skills to the Great Bray Shaman (e.g. Fuelled by Blood);

· Added ‘Hearts of Iron’ and ‘Voice of the Dark Gods’ to the Elder Shaggoth;


If you have any issues/crashes etc:

Hello Everyone, Team Radious here!

Several weeks ago TW: Troy has arrived in all of its (measly) glory! As a result, since its release, we have been working hard to create yet another of our signature Overhaul mods for those who prefer to have their TW games “Radioused”! While Troy may be just a Saga, smaller in scope and scale, in terms of files and their size and complication it is not at all smaller than any other full TW tiles and will consequently increase the amount of work ahead of us!

Today is the day when we release our overhaul to public, after many weeks of testing and improving the mod almost daily its time to share it with all of you! In line with your expectations, it is going to grow in the upcoming days/weeks and even months, more often than not I response to your feedback!

Like all of its predecessors, this 8th full total overhaul mod from our team will be there for you to enrich your game and make it more enjoyable!


Here is full release changelog of the live version:


- Full support of latest official 1.2. update and Amazons DLC

Campaign changes:

- Economy rebalanced and reworked - every single effect is edited, tweaked and carefully balanced for that famous Radious feeling,

- Almost all building effects are rebalanced. Many buildings got additional effects making them more adequate to the players and AI needs resulting in a larger variety to choose from.

- Building costs rebalanced, higher tiers are more expensive.

- 2 skill points per level for all heroes/agents - All characters will get 1 skill point per level from rank 20 to prevent having more points then skills.

- Reduced upkeep of all units by 25-40% depending on unit tiers and classes.

- All Character skills/traits rebalanced to be more fitting for our overhaul.

- Unlocked all major skills, when character select a major skill it won't lock the other skill anymore, but the battlefield abilities still will lock the other available ones to prevent issues with having too many active abilities on limited battle UI.

- Various faction and campaign effects rebalanced and edited - events, edicts, faction unique roles and much more,

- Almost all technologies rebalanced - more interesting effects, wider tweaks again to bring them in Radious mod standards,

- Various attrition balance changes,

- Reduced time required for building rams and towers while sieging.

- Less unit wipes during auto-resolve.

- Rebalanced supply lines - you are able now to field more armies without massive hit to your economy. Different for each difficulty.

- Rebalanced Strategic Threat values for player and AI.

- Many loyalty changes between all traits - positives and negatives, values for almost all actions tweaked.

- Major and Minor Town garrisons have +1 additional unit from T2-T5, garrison unit compositions were rebalanced for most factions to be far more unique for each faction.

- Rebalanced bonuses from various gods favour and workship events.

- Additional balance changes and more effects to various Edicts.

- Several balance changes Achilles mechanics.

- Several balance changes to various Army Stances.

- Balance changes to Divine Will campaign effects.

- Effect balance changes to various events and natural disasters.

- Many character items and followers further rebalanced and tweaked.

- Reduced success bonuses from traits and items for all agents.

- Reduced bonuses to spies poison vs armies and garrisons.

- Increased protection bonuses vs agents for various items, traits and skills.

- Improved anti agent edict by reducing enemy success chances even more within the province.

- Increased ambush success chance bonus from various traits, skills and items.

- Reduced effectivity of lazy and procrastinator traits.

- End turn Camera speed doubled.

- Reduced amount of men needed for colonising razed towns - from 75% men lost to 25%.

- Depleted Gold Mines now reduce income by 30% instead of original 90%.


Battle Changes:

- Complete unit rebalance - Every single unit has reworked its stats, wider differences between unit types and classes. Each class has different speed, different health and much more,

- All unit tiers and classes rebalanced. Bigger differences between Light, Medium and Heavy units, increased unit sizes to regular infantry from 120 to 140 men and most elites are now from 80/90 to 100. Giants and Centaurs now also have more men.

- Many new weapon classes for every unit to have wider variety of damage models (unlike vanilla 2 spears, 2 swords and 2 axes...),

- Every single weapon has its stats rebalanced, same as bonuses vs unit types, AP damage, Spears are best against large units, Axes have high Armour Piercing damage, Clubs are good vs Axes and Swords are good vs Spears.

- Battles last longer - Reworked attack speed, melee defence, hit points, all unit stats to ensure it’s not over within 2-3 minutes of units clash. Far more enjoyable battle to watch and to control due to time for more strategic moves,

- Complete rebalance of all projectiles - Every single bow, sling, javelin and tons of other missile weapons has been edited to offer larger differences between types including reworked ranges, standard and AP damages, reload times etc,

- Towers rebalanced and nerfed - no longer act as gatling laser guns,

- New morale system - Progressive, changes during battle rapidly, various effects tweaked. Overall results in longer and more interesting battles,

- Additional effects to various ground types like forests, sand, mud etc – different stats for light/medium/heavy units.

- Many new armours and shields, all with rebalanced values to have greater differences between units. Every single armour and shield have also been rebalanced,

- Fatigue numbers and its effects rebalanced - Units won’t get tired anymore after 30 seconds of fighting. Various balance changes to fatigue effects like losing speed, melee and defence skills and much more, no longer reduction of armour and damage, since equipment cant get tired….

- Rebalanced experience bonuses/chevrons for units - More experienced units will play higher role, will get better stats. Amount of experience for each unit and each chevron also edited.

- Most character skills rebalanced, tweaked and edited.

- Resized all Heroes and Mythical creatures - since CA choosed path "Truth behind myth" then there is no reason why heroes or mythical units should be 10 feet taller then regular units. Ajax and most Mythical units are slightly larger then regular units, but no longer massive size difference, all other heroes are same size as regular units.


AI Changes:

- Reworked AI recruitment system - AI army composition improved, and recruitment reworked so AI builds more balanced armies with larger variety of units (prepared for additional custom units and future recruitment changes),

- Rebalanced Campaign AI difficulty bonuses - Normal - almost 0 buffs, Hard - decent buffs, Very Hard/Legendary - big buffs.

- Completely removed battle AI unit stats bonuses - no longer deadly peasants on Very Hard+.

- Rebalance AI conquest decisions, AI will occupy more settlements and sack/raze less.

- AI budget slightly reworked, added higher funds limits to operate with every turn.

- Many changes to AI budget distribution - more to armies and constructions, less to agents.

- Less amount of confederations and vassalage for AI.

- Many changes to campaign AI behavior, will be more agressive and active.


UI Changes:

- Building Progression Icons from SPARTANVI are now fully integrated into our mod - enjoy first version of unique visuals for each building tier!

- Added custom campaign loading screens with mods logo to see quickly if the mod is properly active.

- Added new main menu logo representing our mod being active.



What to expect in future updates:

Troy currently does not have any official modding tools, workshop or mod manager. Community tools are being updated but still many game parts are not moddable so here is the list of what you can expect in future updates when more and more game parts will unlock for us!

- Custom units – Units, a lot of Units! Unique for all playable factions and cultures.

- Complete Garrison overhaul.

- Recruitment Overhaul – to ensure each unit is in its proper fitting tier and AI has many options to choose from and not spam 1-2 unit types.

- Various script and event changes,

- Completely rebalanced AI profiles and their attributes - Overall AI will be way more active and aggressive, to offer more action and less passive gameplay to player.

Today we have for you massive update for our 3K overhaul mod. We have ready first Nanman roster overhaul with 15 brand new units. On top of that we have many changes to all cavalry types, their speed, acceleration and deceleration values. All poison effects had been completely rebalanced, same as many other abilities. There are also many other campaign changes and bug fixes and also plenty things you were asking in your feedback.

- Various balance changes to several Nanman melee weapons.

- Several changes to Nanman unit sizes.

- Many changes to Nanman required rank for various unit recruitment.

- Captured Han generals can now recruit Nanman units when part of Nanman faction.

- Han units unlocked via tech tree are now all capped at 3 to properly complete all unique events and assignements related to them.

- Nanman animals should finaly have 0 caps.

- Fixed Treasure Hunt last option - 10 items.

- Small buff to Juggernauts - slightly increased ammo capacity and range.

- Many changes to all cavalry and horse types speed, acceleration and deceleration values.

- Caltrop damage reduced.

- Poison effects reworked: Each poison has also damage over time value + with arrows and darts be very catious (friendly fire danger!)

--- Venomous Shot - reducing unit speed, charge speed and charge bonus by 15%, also reducing melee attack interval by 15.

--- Poison Blade - reducing speed, defence and attack interval by 10%.

--- Poison Blowpipe - reducing melee and ap damage by 15%, reducing defence by 20%.

--- Poison Arrow - reducing speed and base damage by 25, reducing charge speed and charge bonus by 20%.

Hello Everyone, Team Radious here!

Another day, another release! After once again pushing ourselves rather hard over the course of the last couple of days, we are finally ready to publish the newest update for our Three Kingdoms overhaul, with full support for the The Furious Wild DLC and Shi Xie FLC! For past days you could follow our update progress very closely here

It comes bundled with all the usual improvements, fixes and updates that you have come to expect, such as full support and rebalance of new features (pretty much all of Nanman’s new content has been overhauled and re-thought), units and characters from DLC, FLC and the patch. On top of that, we have also thrown in some smaller and bigger changes - all new CA changes and tweaks have fine-tuned to better interact with our content – a result of our never-ending quest to give the game that unique Radious feel. Below, you can find the changelogs, for both the main Overhaul and our submods, if you wish to inform yourself of the finer details.

Now, as you jump into the game to test your ability to unite the southern tribes of China, we will focus on creating new additions to Nanman and Shi Xie rosters, which should hopefully be released over the course of the next couple of weeks, as well as reading your feedback and ironing out any bugs which might appear.

- Both Romance and Records modes have been fully rebalanced and are supported,

- All 4 start dates have been fully adapted,

- Nanman faction completely rebalanced to fit our internal balance and overall feel,

- All new units fully rebalanced, their stats, numbers, weapons, attributes and costs adapted to better fit our vision,

- All new abilities, skills and effects harmonized with existing ones,

- All new buildings redesigned, with different effects, altered costs and more interesting options,

- Nanman technologies fully rebalanced and unlocked for every Nanman lord. All faction locks placed on either half of the tech tree have been removed, consequently you can research them all,

- All Nanman units added to all Nanman tribes, no need to confederate to unlock additional units. Instead, for balance purposes, higher unit tiers require higher general ranks,

- Most Major Nanman factions recolored to look more unique and different from each other,

- Added several Han units to Nanman rosters (unlocked through techs). These will be available only until we create our custom Nanman roster expansion and removed afterwards,

- Unit caps for Nanman units removed,

- Unit sizes for many units increased, tigers got 50% size increase of men and animals, damage of tigers also slightly increased.

- All new factions rebalanced, sprinkled with many unique effects and extra value added to their special features and traits,

- Diversification of melee and missile weapons, shields and armours of all Nanman units,

- Balance changes to Slings, Javelins, Axes, Flame Cannon and Poison Darts, each new missile weapon has been assigned their own purpose in battle and appropriate bonuses,

- Poison weapon effects reworked, different ones for arrows and blowpipes,

- Nanman units receive no debuff when fighting in a forest, but instead suffer from a higher handicap when fighting in the snow compared to Han units,

- Changes to Nanman and Gate Passes’ garrisons. These have been strengthened, with more units provided, and progressing unit tiers,

- Gate Passes now provide a small bonus to unit movement and public order for the owner, and reduced movement to enemy units,

- Duel Changes:

- -- Higher chance AI will accept the duel

- -- Increased the chance of cool brawl animations,

- -- Increased time limit for getting buffs/debuffs after duel ends,

- -- Rebalanced all buffs and debuffs after duel ends - win, lose or runaway.

- -- Double Running speed for 20 seconds after duel being completed (faster running back to own horse).

- -- Health regen increased after winning a duel from 25% to 40%,

- Home region movement bonus updated to cover all new land and main towns,

- Records mode abilities for generals fully updated to cover all new characters,

- Fixed Multi Bolt Crossbow, broken by the latest patch/dlc release,

- Fixed base game bug with missing attributes bonus from Li Ru, Xun You and Wei Yan's new skills.

- Trebuchets now require Strategist rank 3 and Juggernauts rank 4.

- Various morale value tweaks,

- Further improvements to AI recruitment,

- Changes to AI recruitment priorities between several unit types,

- Minor tweaks and improvements to AI occupation choices and active campaign behaviour,

- All scripts updated. Invasion scripts improved, with more armies, various army builds and characters spawning with better retinues,

- Bandit network does not provide any Nanman units, those will remain Nanman culture unique. New regions provide other various Han/Yellow Turban units,

- Further changes to Food Tiers - 5 negative tiers and 5 positive tiers - on top of regular effects they now also change your public order, negative/positive income and trade power,

- Further changes to fertility - Its now more profitable to build food and peasant income structures in highly fertile regions, and less profitable to build them in low fertility ones,

- New units received unit cards which better fit our chosen aesthetic – all new units cards completely remastered,

- WDG character portraits mod for generic Lords is for now removed to increase compatibility between various character portrait mods,

- Updated More Flag and all Horse Armour Variations in Battle Mods by contactnovuspc to latest version,

Three Kingdoms fans worldwide are rejoicing as CA is releasing The Furious WIld DLC tomorrow (03.09.2020), alongside Shi Xie FLC.

However, this means, that as of today, our 3K mod isofficially under reconstruction. It is currently not compatible withthis newest update and will cause crashes. From tomorrow we will be working tirelessly to fix everything and make it interact seamlessly with all the new features, but it will require countless hours of work. We need to ensure that our content has its usual high level of polish and that everything is done to the highest standard. Rest assured that we will do everything we can to deliver the update to you as soon as possible, but we are unsure as to when we are going to be finished so you will have to unfortunately hang tight for now.

After all will b eupdated and our mods fully functional once again we will focus on roster expansion for Nanman culture and Shi Xie faction. You can expect many additional units coming, but we will keep the faction unique, so no cavalry or crossbows for Nanman, there will be more focus on animals, poison, ambushes and tribes gameplay!

With all of that in mind, we have a plea to make. The scope of the DLC and patch is extensive and requires almost a complete rewrite of many elements of our collection. Hundreds of hours of work are once again ahead of us, which we need to sacrifice from our private time, often after a full day at work or university. Update Info 1 - 03.09.2020: It all started today.I am back from work, dlc and update is downloaded and starting to check how much has been changed and what all needs to be done. That took around 3 hours and updating process now starts! This is massive expansion changing many core gameplay things and adding a massive amount of content. Around 3% of all is done!

Update Info 2 - 04.09.2020: First 8 hours and long night gone, already have something to share with you! Base overview of all new content was done, thousands changes which need to be done are marked and now only to do it all! All new content has been properly investigated so we know what to do with it and how exactly wewill be adapting all new and changed stuff. We will certainly rework Nanman technologies, unit unlocking, sharing units, unit caps and many othe stuff, no plans having Naman units in other rosters (bandits included), no plans giving Naman any heavy Han cavalry or stuff like that, factions must be kept unique and keep their own play style so there is a big variability between them, roster addon to Naman which will come after all this is updated will make sure Naman is great unique faction to play as. Several basic tables are now fully updated aswell. Screw the sleep, after i return from work will continue! Around 7% of all is done!

Update info 3 - 04.09.2020: Friday here, 5 more hours of fixing behind me after i returned from work, weekend ahead and i should have much more free time next 2 days to work on updating - my wife should be tolerant, taking her after updating on 1 week vacation. :-) Now to the update - A lot first tables been updated, mainly tables related to newbuildings, effects and AI. All new Naman buildings are now completely rebalanced, many new effects for larger variety across all building trees. Effects of Gate Passes improved. AI is now also fully updated for latest build and will keep its aggressivity behavior instead of passive lazy one! Also removed all Nanman unit caps, reworked Han unlocking units for them - this will be removed entirely after we release our Naman roster expansion. All Naman techs and buildings are unlocked, no reason to limit this at all. Around 16% of all is done.

Update info 4 - 05.09.2020: We have behind ourselves another long night of fixing and updating stuff. Need short rest, coffee no longer works. Progress is going well sofar. This night i focused on updating all stuff related to new units and characters, ensure that they are properly balanced with the rest of the game, created new weapon variants for them for larger variety, all Nanman is using own unique equipment with very different values then Han factions, many new armour and shield variants, including more missile weapons aswell. There are massive changes between units and their roles, with new attributes. Many new abilities got rebalanced aswell, all new records mode generals receive active skills same as all older ones and much more. Around 26% of all is done.

Update info 5 - 05.09.2020: Big progress today and still long saturday night ahead! Did a lot during day. Part 1 should be now fully updated, with all new buildings, units, abilities, skills, economy changes and new technologies. Also fully focused on Nanman new garrisons and their tech tree and unit unlocking. Many balance changes to all new units. Economy changes are also big and offer more gameplay options - Further Reworked Food Tiers and Fertility. If all will go well during night i should have tomorrow working beta build which i will open to all our Patrons so they can help me quickly test all Nanman stuff, if everything is working correctly while i wil l work on updating many other things. Around 50% of all is done.

I suggest you guys to put on a Wechat scan code or Alipay. Almost everyone in China use these two options to make cash transaction. I think there will be more supporters from China who are willing to pay then, maybe not very much at least as a token of gratitude.

I think it is easy for Chinese people to use PayPal because I can bind to PayPal with a debit card. ^Good point about potential Chinese patrons. Radious is the only way I play any TW game (I try vanilla a it always feels dry) and the 3K mod has made me put in over 400 hours into the game. Thank you so much for all that you do!

Glorious! I played already a vanilla campaign with Meng Huo and without Radious, the game is really not very good. Also your decisions for the Nanman seem to be right. All the limitations (units and research), just make the campaign unneccessary difficult and no fun to play it in vanilla.

Thank you for your hard work my friends! I only play TK out of the Total War games, and it's really nice to see you guys supporting it even though I think not as many people here care about it compared to other titles. However I believe Chinese players, which constitute the bulk of the playbase for this game, cannot contribute to you since patreon is blocked in China.

Today we have for you another smaller update for our Warhammer 2 Overhaul mod. You will find balance changes - morale tweaks, bug fixes, additional unit card remaster.

1. Avoid using any mods not created by our team if you are not 100% sure about compatibility, always best to ask us directly first on our social media/discord etc.,

2. Unsubscribe from all of your mods. Then, go to your Steam\Steamapps\Workshop\Content folder and delete the 594570 folder. Resubscribe to your mods and start the launcher to let it download everything again. Try launching the game.

3. If the above step doesn’t work, go to C:\Users(Your Username)\AppData\Roaming. Back up your saves from The Creative Assembly folder there, and then delete the whole folder. Cloud saves will not be affected. Start the game.

Hello Everyone, Team Radious here!

Today, we have an important announcement to make regarding the future of two submods from our collection – Radious Hordes Reborn and Radious Norsca Overhaul. Following a long period of discussion, we have decided to merge the two into a bigger entity called Radious Slaves to Darkness Submod! The submod will retain all functionality from both and will come packaged with a new unit upgrade system, based on the Greenskin Scrap mechanic, to sweeten the transition!

The decision has been made for four principal reasons:

1. The plurality of our mod users enjoyed their campaigns with both active at the same time,

2. It made sense thematically, as all three factions are oriented around Chaos and the gods of the warp,

3. To ease the organizational side of things a bit and make creation of future features which play on that connection easier,

4. The new unit upgrade system is far more stable when the mods are merged, since Norsca and Warriors of Chaos share certain elements of their roster

For the new Submod to work correctly, it is necessary to de-activate the old Norscan Overhaul as it is now obsolete and will cause issues when used alongside Slaves to Darkness. It will eventually be removed from the workshop, but for now will remain there to avoid confusion which a sudden removal would cause. The current versions of both the Norscan Overhaul and Hordes Reborn will be available under this link for the foreseeable future: https://1drv.ms/u/s!Agh-xpyNoM0ZuFpu8yx5zUHwxZ0k?e=yKEDzQ

Importantly, existing saves will become red as a result of this change, but they can still be loaded and should work without any issues. If any occur, please feel free to use the manual download version to finish that campaign.

As always, feel free to provide us with any feedback you might have and to report any issues. We hope that you are going to have fun with this new old new submod and that it will enrich your Warhmmer II experience!

· Small changes to localization of certain features,

· Added a new unit upgrade system based on the Greenskin scrap mechanic. It relies on a new resource called “Spoils of War” acquired through battles,

· The new unit upgrades are available to Chaos, Beastmen and Norsca factions,

· Fixes to port buildings having the upgrade icon despite not actually meeting the main building requirements,

· Small changes to balance of buildings,

· Chaos factions are capable of occupying and building up settlements;

· They have access to a full set of settlement buildings and recruitment, allowing them to operate as a semi-normal faction;

· They retain their horde status and can build up individual horde armies alongside their new settlements;

· To balance this out, recruitment buildings in settlements cost upkeep,

· Furthermore, it is much harder to maintain public order in their lands, at least until they become thoroughly corrupted by Chaos,

· Added a new Milestone system, with special buildings available in locations crucial to the unholy crusade, such as Altdorf or the Shrine of Asuryan. When built, these building will provide a map-wide buffs to their factions,

· New set of garrison buildings allows chaos to hold on to their newly conquered lands,

· Similarly to other factions, Chaos now has access to province edicts when they control the whole province;

Beastmen

· Beastmen factions are capable of occupying and building up settlements;

· Norscan factions can set up outpost everywhere on the map, not just in coastal provinces;

· Added a new Milestone system, with special buildings available in locations important to the hardy Norsemen for one reason or another. When built, these building will provide a map-wide buffs to their factions;

· Major outposts can now be built up to level 5;

· Added missing building chains to the outposts, allowing them to effectively function like settlements;

· Enabled the Dark Elf slave system for Norsca. In order to start acquiring slaves, the Slaver’s Camp building needs to be built first, otherwise they will not start accumulating;

· Slaves can form the backbone of Norscan economy, but be aware of public order issues they might bring,

· Balance changes to costs of Outpost buildings to reflect their more permanent role in the new system;

Today we have for you another update for our 3K overhaul mod. Balance changes, visual fixes, AI improvements and many other things. Upcoming Nanman DLC and Gates Update will be fully supported once its released (most probably during september). We plan to create many new great units for new culture and much more!

Hello Everyone, Team Radious here!

As many of you know, our team has been a part of the modding community for a long time now - we still cannot believe that it has been more than 12 long years since we published our first mod! As a result of this longevity, you can grab pretty much any one of the 7 Total War titles that came out since Shogun 2 and enjoy it enhanced by a total overhaul mod made by us. Just recently, we have updated our Rome 2 and Attila mods since we knew that many people still enjoy these daily. Our Warhammer 2 mods are also receiving constant updates and we are currently finishing a big project with unit upgrades for Norsca, Chaos and Beastmen. Our Three Kingdoms overhaul is also getting regular updates and we are prepared to support the upcoming DLC.

In less than 3 weeks from now a new game, TW: Troy, will be released. Rather than being a full Total War title it is one of the Sagas, smaller is scope and scale (as was Thrones of Britannia). Unfortunately, this does not usually mean less work for us and we will have to spend roughly the same amount of time overhauling Sagas as we do full Total War titles. Furthermore, as TW: Troy has been announced as a 1-year Epic Games store exclusive, it sadly means that we will not be getting any steam workshop support throughout this period.

Nevertheless, depending on the availability of modding tools and the extent to which it will be possible to implement changes to the game, we are willing to work through the other issues and create our 8th full overhaul mod in a quality and style you have become used to over the years. This means thousands of additional hours of hard modding work to make Troy Radioused in all of its glory, compounded with two main TW titles (Warhammer II and Three Kingdoms) which will continue getting regular content updates, improvements, support of all official patches and DLCs. Consequently, Troy will essentially increase our workload by a third.

Hey guys, good to see you're excited about this, but I honestly think it would be better not to do this. The game isn't looking to be really good from the first looks. Furthermore, as you said, there isn't really much modding support on epic. It will have to be a manual download and install, further reducing the amount of people who will want to install it. Maybe it would be a good idea to do a poll of the Patrons here to see how many actually will even be playing Troy and who wants you guys to put the time in... :) Thanks for all your hard work you guys!

We would expect it will get a lot players, since the game will be entirely free for everyone for first 24 hours after release. Mods existed way before Steam Workshop (which came with Shogun 2) so if tools wil lbe properly updated for Troy then modding should be more then possible. How good the game will be and how much time we will spend it we cant say yet, but we keep our promises we added in our Patreon goals and i would be ashamed if i would trick you guys.

Yes, the fact that it will be free the first day will help, I had forgotten that. Yes I have been playing modded TW since Rome, but everyone is used to things being easy, and people have gotten lazy. Furthermore, all the new players that will be lured in by the game being free will not even know about mods. Since there is no clear portal for it, you'd have to go and look for them. It's not about tricking us man :) it's about you guys spending so much time on something that might not be worth it, that's all :) That's why I suggest the poll; or at least wait until the game has been out for a while to see if it's worth it...? :)

I hope it will be worth it, but who knows. Our main titles are still Warhammer 2 and Three Kingdoms, we have big plans in these and continuously updating them. But we need more supporters, newcomers to join our Patreon so we can growth. Our work speaks for us i want to believe.

Well then, I think your time might be better focused on the big plans for WH2 :D ? Because the thing is as well, once you start on Troy, you are commited and have to keep supporting it... Plus, speculation puts WH3 at a possible fall release so... :)

Wh3 was not even announced yet, it wont be released sooner then end of nexr year. There are no plans to cut our WH2 work, but we need to try expand elsewhere if we want to get more supporters. Doing our best to offer people something unique and new, for very long time now. For how long in the future very much depends on great people like you who do support us. If more people join we will be able to grow and expand. That would be nice. :-)

Definitely agree aswell, wasting time would be a shame, but if we would avoid it entirely it would mean breaking what we promised + any potential new supporters could easily avoid us when we would not be active in Troy. Ofcourse question is, if there will be any potential new supporters from it....

I guess you will be able to publish an overhaul for troy on something like nexus mods. Perhaps if the game will be popular you might get more supporters, however its a long shot. I'd say Radious should only work on Troy if there is some spare time between kingdoms and warhammer. Then if only a handful of people use the mod and its takes a bunch of development time that can be used on other titles, just discontinue it. Good luck either way though.

Not decided yet on platforms where to publish, we have oour own places and social media, TWC is dead, CA promised EPic should have own workshop sometime after Troy release.....who knows when + 1 year later Troy will arrive on steam aswell. WH2 + 3K are still major titles for us, Troy is side project which i hope could help us a bit, if not, then i dont know what else.... :-)

Another large update for our Warhammer 2 Overhaul mod. Many balance changes, bug fixes, additional unit card remaster and many other things are ready for you. Also full support of latest official update released today - mod no longer requires any BETA builds!

- Balance changes to Wulfharts Double Shot skill for his Hunters.

- Wulfhart´s Hunters and Ranger Crossbowmen now have ignore trees atribute.

- Slightly reduced damage and missile resistance workshop buffs for Warplock Jezails.

- Increased negative morale debuffs on various atributes, traits, items, spells and abilities to have bigger impact.

- Fixed many unit icons representing correct weapon types units use.

- New animations for Doomed Legion and Graveguard Spears.

- RoR Bestigors now have vanguard atribute same as other Beastmen units.

2. Unsubscribe from all of your mods. Then, go to your Steam\Steamapps\Workshop\Content folder and delete the 594570 folder. Resubscribe to your mods and start the launcher to let it download everything again. Try launching the game.

3. If the above step doesn’t work, go to C:\Users(Your Username)\AppData\Roaming. Back up your saves from The Creative Assembly folder there, and then delete the whole folder. Cloud saves will not be affected. Start the game.

4. Use KMM launcher.

Hello Everyone, Radious here!

With each warm summer day beckoning us outside, the holiday season draws ever closer. Despite the troublesome circumstances surrounding all of our lives, we hope that you will all be able to get some well-deserved rest and re-fill your batteries for the incoming year, for it will certainly be filled with new struggles but also amazing experiences!

Over the last couple of days, we have been releasing content and polishing our Three Kingdoms and Warhammer II Overhauls. This was part of our a strategy which also involved, among other things, the unit card overhaul, massive expansions of our Submods, refresh of our Rome II and Attila mods and a constant stream of updates supporting the officially released DLC for various TW titles. All of these were published in preparation of my vacation, which will take place between the 5th and 19th of July. I will be mostly unavailable throughout this period and no content will be released for the primary Overhauls. There is still 1 more mod update coming before 5th!

This will help me regenerate my strength for the upcoming flurry of releases and our content schedule. With a fresh 3K DLC on the horizon; TW: Troy almost upon us and new submod content in the pipeline (hint: upgrades people, upgrades!) we will not be complaining about a lack of things to do upon my return! And, as always, you can expect constant bug-fixing and polish updates.

- His purpose is to provide a valid alternative to the base Tomb King Lord. While weaker in melee, his magical capabilities more than make up for these shortcomings and his army buffs can offer great flexibility when it comes to choosing your army composition;

- He only has one mount option, the skeletal steed, available, to reflect the fact that he is not supposed to be a frontline fighter;

· Added new Lord for Greenskin factions – Savage Orc Warboss;

- An unrelenting brute, the Savage Orc Warboss has been created to fill in what we thought was a void in the Greenskin Lord roster – lack of any buffs specific to Savage Orcs (with the singular exception of Wurrzag), which affected their effectiveness later during the game;

- While a powerful melee fighter in his own rights, the Warboss offers a host of strong buffs to Forest Goblins, Savage Orcs and Monsters. Born to lead the more feral and animalistic side of the Greenskin roster, his armies are more akin to a force of nature than the usual green horde;

- He comes with two mount options – a war boar and a wyvern,

· Fixed a bug where the Anointed was not visible on top of the Phoenix when used on the campaign map,

· All portholes and unit cards have been redone and improved, thanks to our community member Austere;

· Localisation changes and fixes, resulting in, inter alia, a more consistent effect description;

· Balance changes to weapons and unit costs;

· Tweaks to Lord recruitment categories;

· Added missing bullet point descriptions to

- Spellweaver;

- Hermit Knight;

- Elder Shaggoth;

- Fimir Noble;

Today, we have prepared for you something slightly different. As many of you know, we have been releasing mods for more than 12 years, releasing complete overhauls for all TW games since Shogun 2. We keep all of our content fully updated, supporting all DLC and much more.

As such, despite nowadays primarily being pre-occupied with Warhammer 2 and Three Kingdoms, we have decided to return to Rome 2 and Attila to give them some more love. The new updates, released on the Steam Workshop today, offer bug and issue fixes as well as a host of smaller and bigger tweaks. With the incoming catastrophe that Troy is shaping up to be, we thought that keeping these two massive titles in best possible shape is the least we could do to keep historical TWs alive.

Apparently hitting return is a bad idea so let me try this again. I just wanted to say I never thought the appearance of unit cards would make much of a difference to me but I have to admit that new artwork really does add alot to the game. Thanks for giving me something I didn't know I wanted.

- Physical resistance for all savage orcs increased by 5%.

- Additional garrison units for Savage Orc tribes.

- Wardens Cage can be used 2 times during single battle, cooldown is set to 180 seconds.

Hello Everyone, Team Radious here!

Today is a good day, for today is update day! After going through a series of marathon updating sessions (progress info here - https://www.patreon.com/posts/warden-and-info-37281720), our new version of the Warhammer II Overhaul is finally ready!

As usual, the main dish consists of full support and rebalance of the new features (including Eltharion and Grom faction mechanics), units and lords from the DLC, FLC and the Total WAAAGH patch. On top of that, we’ve also spiced it up with smaller and bigger tweaks. As a result, all new CA additions have been brought in line with our custom content and we’ve done everything we could to once again give the game that famous Radious feeling. Below, you can find the changelogs, for both the main Overhaul and our numerous Submods, if you wish to check up on the details.

We would like to thank everybody for waiting patiently as we worked hard to deliver you this update. As you now enjoy the fruits of our labour, we move on to support mode, looking at your feedback and working on any issues which might arise in the future.

Radious Warhammer II Overhaul Changelog

· Full support of the Total WAAAGH update, The Warden and The Paunch DLC and Imrik + Big Black Orc Boss FLCs;

· All new units completely rebalanced, reworked and fully adapted to the Radious Overhaul internal balance;

· All new abilities, spells, attributes and ancillaries fully adapted to the Radious Overhaul internal balance;

· Many new attributes for almost all Beastmen and Wood Elven units, plenty for Skaven and others;

· Many new and unique melee and missile weapons added to the new RoRs and other special units to reflect their special roles on the battlefield;

· Many bigger and smaller balance changes across all factions;

· All chariot units have now 50% more crew and machines, their overall stats were also improved.

· Mistwalkers are now recruitable by all HE factions. Initially, they are capped at 4 of each type, but this can be increased if you capture Tor Yvresse (each level increases the total cap). Grim has other opportunities to increase the caps by various other ways, meaning he will be able to wield them in greater numbers;

· Mistwalkers now gain proper tech/skills bonuses from the most fitting chains, same as Imrik’s dragon units and new Greenskins units;

· Old Greenskin RoR have been fully updated to receive latest skill/tech buffs from new Greenskins features;

· Various new attributes for all Troll units;

· All special units and heroes have been enabled in custom battles (including multiplayer) without limits or separate tabs;

· Imrik’s special Dragon Battles will now be much harder and the enemy unit composition will be far more varied;

· Reduced scrap cost of Greenskin unit upgrades + raiding stance adds 1 additional scrap;

· Greenskin unit upgrades can now be used on all of our custom units;

· Updated various visuals of our custom Black Orc units.

· MP limits doubled for multiplayer/custom battles, custom units have no limits at all;

· Lore friendly update: The Spire Guard of Tor Yvresse is now renamed to Custodians of the White Tower

-- Even among the most skilled Blademasters, only a fraction are judged worthy to be appointed as the first line of defence of the greatest repository of arcane wisdom in the entire world;

· The Stone Trolls are now renamed to Snow Trolls

-- Snow Trolls live in the coldest mountains, where orcs find them and offer them a meal and a new cave until it´s time to kill something;

· All new AI profiles fully updated to latest version while keeping our core changes in aggressivity, recruitment and other areas;

· All new factions properly adapted to the core mod internal balance, custom Radious units included into their rosters;

· All scripts fully updated - including Chaos, Beastmen and Savage Orcs invasions, Bretonnian peasant economy, Vortex rituals and much more;

· Chaos Invasion improved in both stages, more armies will spawn with more advanced horde buildings and stronger unit types.

· Updated building progression Icons to latest version.

· Updated all custom UI, loading screens and much more to latest version, to fully support all new and old content;

· Big balance changes to all Squig and Spider units.

· Big balance changes to all Dragon and Phoenix units.

· Improved raiding and sacking for Greenskins, technologies provide bigger buffs to it aswell.

· Rebalanced Dragon Princes + RoR version.

· Frostbite contact effect now also reducing slightly melee attack and defence.

3. If the above step doesn’t work, go to C:\Users(Your Username)\AppData\Roaming. Back up your saves from The Creative Assembly folder there, and then delete the whole folder. Cloud saves will not be affected. Start the game.

4. Make sure you are not opted in the Beta. Our mod is updated for the latest live patch and dlc, wont work on any older or beta versions.

1. Imrik is unplayable in ME. By turn 25 you are fighting clan Eshin, which is challenging but you can beat them and Grimgor who is literally unstoppable

Some starting factions are more difficult then others, also VH+ campaign difficulties were buffed for more challenge. If its too difficult, there are 3 other options.

Hello Everyone, Team Radious here!

With thursday release of the Total WAAAGH! for Warhammer II, the familiar buzz of excitement surrounding the game is already affecting many, our humble selves included! From the Ork factions overhaul to 3 new LLs, the update and its accompanying DLC and FLC will provide us with yet another set of excuses to jump back into the fray and hone our strategic and tactical skills. However, as is the case with every update, it will cause our Overhaul and submods to stop working. Such is the circle of life that what works today will be broken tomorrow.

We want to assure you that we remain dedicated to delivering our signature high quality content and that the work on the new update will begin as soon as possible. However, because of the scale of the changes and the amount of new additions, it might take some time for us to rework everything and ensure that it complies with our rigorous internal balance standards. Consequently, we cannot offer any concrete release date for the new version of the Overhaul and the submods, but we will do our best to finish them before the end of May. To make the wait a little bit more bearable, we will continue to appraise you of our progress throughout this entire process. The updates will be added to this post in regular intervals.

Update Info 1 - 21.05.2020: Work started today we have first info to share with you! Base overview of all new content was done, around "million" changes which need to be done are marked and now only to do it all! Many old and existing stuff got changed, so we will have to adapt all that to function properly once again. Now the very slow process starts with adding all new files into the mod, this alone will take dozens of hours to do. Around 2% of all is done!

Update Info 2 - 21.05.2020: First 7 hours of fixing and updating gone! Since almost every part of the mod requires complete rework and rebuild i decided to use same approach as with last update and dlc - I fix and update tables alphabetically one by one. Since there is only like 5% of them which do not require any updates or changes this will ensure i wont miss anything and each change is properly updated and edited. Today i focused on all buildings, building effects, garrisons and character traits - all new buildings are now fully included, all their effects properly updated (new can be added after testing/balancing), Buildings also got rebalanced costs. Around 150 traits and followers received additional effects and balancing. Almost all building effects had to be tweaked due to many core changes CA introduced in this update - that is table with over 18 000 lines. Garrisons for new buildings were all properly updated and reworked as all other buildings in our mod with our units included.

Now time to get some sleep, in 5 hours i have to wake up and go to work, updating process will continue tomorrow evennig when i get back home from work. Around 8% of all is done!

Update Info 3 - 22.05.2020: More stuff updated. Today i focused on tables related to AI, unit recruitment and building requirements. AI recruitment system fully updated with new units which are integrated between already existing units based on their tier and quality. You really wont see in our mod AI spamming 1-2 unit types.

Started aswell full integration of all new units and characters, not yet balancing, that will come later, but all lines must be included first to ensure nothing is missing. Recruitment was updated for all old Greenskins and High Elven units for new buildings and additional building levels. Orcs got mainly new tiers for already existing buildings so recruitment of most units had to be fully adapted to this. Custom units will be adapted same way later during updating process. Around 14% of all is done!

Update Info 4 - 23.05.2020: Saturday here and work continues! Today i focused on tables related to units. This means any core changes to animations, sets, entities were all updated to latest game version. I also added all new units and characters into the mod. All these units received complete rework and rebalance, ror units own unique weapons, many different attributes and complete stats and cost changes to perfectly fit into main core Radious gameplay as you know it (further balancing changes will be done also based on your feedback once the update is out). All new weapons and projectiles were also completely rebalanced and included with additions of our own new ones to make wider differences between each unit.

Now starting to work on all new abilities, spells and skills. Most of these tables also require complete rework due to new collums and wider changes in the tables. Around 20% of all is done!

Update Info 5 - 23.05.2020: Second saturday info is here! All new abilities are now fully updated and rebalanced, same as skills and new spells. Massive atribute rework is done, almost all Beastmen and Wood Elves units are touched, mainly due to new forest buffs and removed penalties. Our custom units are now properly updated for latest build, means changes to recruitment, new buildings, added to new factions from GRN and HE. Also all bonuses from new skills/techs will have impact on them aswell where it fits. Fixed already plenty official bugs introduced in new dlc like several units having no buffs or very limited buffs from skills/techs. Missing some values here and there and much more.

Part 1 is now almost fully updated (this will be fully tested once both parts are working and all can be tested). This means more heavy db tables are now completed and fully updated, Part 2 has less of these but on other hand it contains all script files which have to be completely rewritten once again. Around 28% of all is done!

Update Info 6 - 23.05.2020: Last saturday info is here! I managed to do today big progress and many massive tables are now fully updated! Part 1 is now fully updated. Last several hours i put into updating all UI files our mods are using, like custom loading screens, menus, unique faction UI and other stuff. Further balancing for various units was also done to ensure they all fit nicely.

Since part 2 is heavily focused on our custom units next work will be primary about them - updating all needed files to latest version, enabling units in new factions, updating recruitment systems for dozens of units. Started also first rewrite of all our edited scripts including Chaos Invasions, hordes spawning systems, Orcish and Beastmen invasions and many others. These will take a lot time to complete all. Around 35% of all is done!

would it be possible more events allowing to gain imperial authority for the Empire? in the long term it is handicapping to delay of the Count-Electors integration because your authority is negative.

Recomended unit size is ultra, we currently do not support any mods which would go over these numbers. But many units got increased their unit sizes within the mod.

Have you ever opened Radious modded .pack files? It would not take long to count number of all tables and number of lines in each of them and from that create percentage progres system based on how many tables are done

Not exactly, cause in several tables i spend 5-6 hours fixing and updating it, while in others few minutes. Some tables are very big, complex and have over 10 000 lines. That is work for one whole day. :-)

Today we have for you another massive update for our 3K overhaul mod. Many balance changes, visual improvements, fixes and great new content - introducing Treasure Hunting!

- Additional balancing to various unique weapons.

- Small changes to battle weather conditions. Balance % of dry/rain/fog/snow conditions to slightly more favour dry conditions where it fits.

- Remaster of all units cards in alternate style is finaly complete and all our custom units have now fully adapted cards for both ingame styles.

- Various fixes to unit names and descriptions.

- Deployable stakes have 50% more health and amount.

- Faction visual redesign: Many major and minor factions received visual redesign - colors are closer to the faction and battle flags. Campaign faction visuals are also reworked to represent primary faction color and much less brown of everything.


New Mod Feature: Treasure Hunts!


- You can now send your most loyal servants to acquire items of value during your quest to reunify China! Consequently, faction leaders gained access to 3 brand new choices of action when selected on the character screen.


Initiate 1 Treasure Hunt! - for 2500 gold your servants will be able to procure 1 item of value (this action can be used up 4 times a turn);

Initiate 5 Treasure Hunts! - for 10000 gold your servants will be able to procure 5 items of value (this action can be used only once per turn);

Initiate 10 Treasure Hunts! - for 20000 gold your servants will be able to procure 10 items of value (this action can be used only once per turn);

The items of value are of varying quality. They include random weapons, armours, horses and much more. The rewards are instant but beware of wasting your family’s fortune for chasing after meaningless baubles!

This feature has been introduced to facilitate adding more ancillaries into the late game, where the players did not have enough to outfit all their generals. Its fully savegame compatible.

We also have a small additional announcement for you today, namely that we have released a compatibility patch between our Overhaul and Make Them Unique! It balances MTU’s custom abilities, weapons and armours, rebalancing all new added characters and effects to make them better suited for use alongside our Overhaul. All credits for MTU go to the original authors. The compatibility patch will crash your game without all three enabled simultaneously, but it does not require load order manipulation.

Today we have for you another big update for our 3K overhaul mod. Unlike CA we are not rolling anything back, but always going forward, we do test our stuff to ensure all is properly working before its going live. Enjoy many changes to character attributes, skills, visual improvements and much more!

- Additional unit balancing.

- Sun Ces Blood Fury ability reworked: 2 phases now, first phase - 20% damage increase, last 15 seconds, second phase - 30% damage increase, berserk, freezes fatigue, splash damage doubled, last 10 seconds.

- Sun Jian and Sun Ce now share all unique units.

- Increased running speed and mass of all unique and legendary horses.

- Rebalanced armor values of many unique characters..

- 2 skill points per level are now granted from rank 7+ so at max rank (10) you have all character skills.

- Maximum amount of assignment slots increased from 10 to 12.

- Maximum defensive arty units on walls increased from 4 to 6.

- Prime Minister/Right Hand slots are unlocked 1 faction rank earlier.

- Fixed wrong shield bonuses for Cao Caos Qing Surrenderous unit.

- Improved visuals of Yuan shu's Chixing Company, fixed bad clipping.

- Redesigned and improved visuals of Mercenary Infanty, Cavalry and Archers.


- Cunning atribute of your characters now has effect on ambush chance and characters line of sight:

Today we have for you another big update for our 3K overhaul mod. Many bug fixes, balance changes, visual upgrades and unit card improvements.

- Full support of latest official patch 1.5.1.

- Additional unit balancing.

- Small changes to bandit stance effects and supply system.

- Grudge against characters will no longer take forever, but will be gone after 15 turns and you will have a chance to employ those characters once again.

- Several bandit buildings have now more varied effects to prevent clones and increase variety.

- Several balance and effect changes to various bandit technologies.

- Small balance changes to Smouldering Fury skill - smaller defence debuff.

- Improved labour and artisan workshop building chains effects.

- Improved visuals of several Sun Ce/Jians units to be more accurate and fitting.

- Several unit visual fixes - some not fitting clothes or cliping.

- Several unit card fixes.

- Additional wave of many improved and updated unit cards to new alternate style.

- FIxed missing bulletins with info about all 8 new Bandit units.

Hello Everyone, birthday boy Radious here!

It’s this time of year again, when the Earth reaches an arbitrary position on its journey around the Sun and I get to celebrate coming into this world. Another 365 days have passed, filled with hard work and countless memories; some pleasant, others not so much. I am now one year older and (hopefully) wiser, my experiences richer with the events of yet another 12 months. No joke, i am really on 01.04.

I want to the take this opportunity to thank of all my Patrons, Community members and anybody who has been working with me on any of my countless Modding projects over the span of the last year. I’m not going to lie by saying that it has all been sunshine and rainbows, however. There were many hiccups and unpleasant occurrences along the way, but your contributions and unwavering support have helped me get through all of them. For this, from the bottom of my hear, Thank You!!!

With the future of Team Radious now unclear, I want to make you all a promise that I will not give up easily. As the real world is embroiled in a crisis, me and my team will continue supporting the existing Total War titles and any DLC which might be released for them with our signature content, to make this grim reality of our current world a little bit lighter to bear. Today we have for you another big update for our 3K overhaul mod. Many new Bandit units arrived, several balance changes, bug fixes, tweaks to Lu Bu prestige gain, awesome new portraits for female generals and much more!

- Additional AI recruitment improvements.

- New Sword types for all Sword Cavalry units, using own unique ones with stats different from regular infantry swords. These swords have higher anti-infantry bonus to be better reflect role of this unit type. 4 different tiers reflecting quality of the unit.

- LuBu prestige gain from victories is reduced by 50%.

- Many more unit cards now fully remastered to our style.

- Several small bug fixes.

- Updated [WDG] We're different general mod from artmongky to latest version - New pictures for all Earth and Metal females, including aging for all female variants and male Earth.

- Updated all Better Faces Mods from deema to latest version.


8 brand new units available to all Bandit factions:

White Tiger Axe Guards - Available to all generals from rank 5.

Bandit Looters - Available to all generals from rank 4.

Taihang Mountain Axemen - Available to all generals from rank 7.

Bandit Destroyers - Available to all generals from rank 6.

Bandit Berserkers - Available to all generals from rank 4.

Bandit Spear Champions - Available to all generals from rank 5.

Bandit Heavy Spearmen - Available to all generals from rank 4.

Hello everyone, Team Radious here!

After a busy couple of weeks, the time has finally come to share the new update to our recent Radious Warlords Submod! - https://www.patreon.com/posts/radious-warlords-34443005 Adding three new Lords to the roster, this update will bring some freshness to your games as and against Bretonnia, Wood Elves and Chaos! Here is a short overview of the new additions:

· Hermit Knights (Bretonnia)

o Mount Option: Barded Warhorse

o Hermit Knights are the guardians of Chivalry, Honour and the Bretonnian people. Giving up all personal property, they are the only Bretonnian Lord to start without a mount - instead, they have all the vows unlocked without the need to go through the missions.

o This makes them powerful on recruitment, but their power ceiling is lower than the traditional Bretonnian Lords as they do not have access to the flying mounts;

o Wielding the powerful Two-Handed sword, they offer a host of different tactical options for the discerning players;

· Elder Shaggoths (Chaos)

o Elder Shaggots are creatures older and more powerful than any of us can imagine, having dedicated their lives to the Ruinous Powers. Each one has the wealth of experience equal to nations; and they are waking from their slumber thirsting for conquest;

o Due to their strength and appearance, Elder Shaggoths lead their armies by example and rule by fear. They are very strong frontline combatants, but their knowledge helps the Chaos hordes on the campaign map as well;

· Spellweavers (Wood Elves)

o Lores of Magic: Beasts, Death, Dark, Heavens, Shadows, Life, Light, and High;

o Mount Options: Elven Steed, Unicorn and Great Eagles;

o Spellweavers serve and protect Athel Loren any way they can. Be it with their blade, bow, or their knowledge of magic, they slay their enemies without mercy and lead the other Wood Elves in their campaigns against the adversaries of the forest.

o Offering a wide variety of strategic options to any player who wants to add a little bit of magic to their campaign, Spellweavers offer a wide choice of schools of magic.


As part of the update process, all of our skill submods have also now been updated to include compatibility with all of the new Lords from the Warlords Submod.

With the world in quarantine, now is the perfect opportunity to once again test your strategic might and lead your armies to victory in the world of Warhammer, this time with some new commander options to choose from! We hope that with our work we can offer just this little bit of entertainment in these difficult times.

Hello Everyone, Team Radious here!

We live in interesting times, that much is certain. As we are all self isolating and passing time by playing the games we love the most, we here at Team Radious remain hard at work!

A new Three Kingdoms DLC, A World Betrayed, is upon us, and after a couple of days of intense work we are finally able to share the fruits of our labour with you - the newest update to our Overhaul, with full support of all the new features and characters and a rebalance of all the new units! Below, you can find the full changelog, to be explored at your hearts desire!

Please take care of yourself in these trying times! We are all in this together and we can pull through if we remain strong! Enjoy this newest update to our overhaul and let it be one of the small sources of light from which you draw your strength from!

- Full support of the A World Betrayed DLC and the latest official patch;

- Both Romance and Records modes have been fully rebalanced and are supported in their entirety;

- All 4 start dates have been fully adapted;

- Bandit units are now shared across all the bandit factions, only limited by general rank requirement;

- Bandit network units have no recruitment caps, but require certain general rank and most of the available units have been changed to be more history fitting.

- Bandit factions have their own unique garrisons, similairly to Yellow Turbans, full of bandit unique units,

- More bandit specific units are on their way! Keep one eye peeled on the horizon for future updates!

- Lu Bu and Sun Ce have access to Dong Zhuo and Sun Jian unique units;

- All new minor factions have been properly updated and received unique history friendly rosters;

- Sword cav no longer have bonus vs cavalry (who can even come up with that nonsence....);

- Bows do not have anti large bonuses and cavalry does not have invisible anti missile bonuses - there are better ways to make them balanced and I think our other battle changes are doing exactly that;

- Crossbows can still fire over the soldiers heads but ha lightly longer reload and shorter range. Repeating crossbow received a small bonus vs cavalry;

- Elite Horse archers now have access to flame arrows;

- All new combat abilities and passive skills received proper balancing to fit around our combat system;

- Additional unit balancing;

- New weapon variants for new units resulting in a larger variety between unit types;

- Adjusted cavalry running speed, resulting in a small speed increase;

- Various morale tweaks and changes;

- Further improvements to AI recruitment system;

- Various changes to AI recruitment priorities between several unit types;

- Minor tweaks and improvements to AI occupation options and active campaign behavior;

- All scripts have been fully updated, invasion scripts improved, more armries, various army builds and characters spawning with better retinues;

- All new buildings fully implemented and rebalanced, with various effects and changes;

- Several economy and income changes. Many bandit effects completely rebalanced;

- All new technologies and bandit network rebalanced to suit mod standard;

- All techs which reduce redeployment costs has been improved;

- Many balance changes to almost all ministerial slots;

- Reworked Food Tiers - 5 negative tiers and 5 positive tiers - on top of regular effects they now also change your public order, negative/positive income and trade power;

- Reworked Fertility - Its now more profitable to build food and peasant income structures in high fertile regions, its less profitable to build them in low fertile regions;

- Small changes to various public order values;

- Craftsmen buildings now generate weapons, armors and horses faster: T1 - 10-15 turns, T2 - 7-10 turns, T3 - 4-8 turns. (Vanilla values were T1 - 15-20, T2 - 10-15, T3 - 5-10);

- Sun Ce should not run out of his luck so fast;

- Updated all new unit cards to our mods style;

- Several bug fixes introduced by latest official patch - missing titles, skills not giving elemental bonuses and many other;

- You can now unlock all titles after first campaign battle win - fix since many of these titles are bugged with new dlc and wont unlock properly otherwise (New campaign start is required for the fix to take effect, its a script change);

- Updated [WDG] We're different general mod from artmongky to latest version;

- Updated More Flag and all horse armors Variations In Battle Mods from contactnovuspc to latest version.

- Updated all Better Faces and Generic Generals Overhaul from deema to latest version;

Three Kingdoms fans worldwide are rejoicing as CA is releasing A World Betrayed DLC tomorrow (19.03.2020), alongside Bandit FLC. Its not even 2 months since last dlc - Mandate of Heaven.

However, this means, that as of today, our 3K mod is officially under reconstruction. It is currently not compatible with this newest update and will cause crashes. From tomorrow we will be working tirelessly to fix everything and make it interact seamlessly with all the new features, but it will require countless hours of work. We need to ensure that our content has its usual high level of polish and that everything is done to the highest standard. Rest assured that we will do everything we can to deliver the update to you as soon as possible, but we are unsure as to when we are going to be finished so you will have to unfortunately hang tight for now.

With all of that in mind, we have a plea to make. The scope of the DLC and patch is extensive and requires almost a complete rewrite of many elements of our collection. Hundreds of hours of work are once again ahead of us, which we need to sacrifice from our private time, often after a full day at work or university. As such, we humbly ask you to consider becoming our Patron, giving us the much-needed boost. Even the smallest gesture helps us get a better grip on our lives and by extension on our work.

Update Info 0 - 19.03.2020: It all starts today. I am back from work, dlc an update is downloaded and starting to check how much has been changed and what all needs to be done. And after that updating process starts!

Update Info 1 - 19.03.2020: First 6 hours gone, already have something to share with you! Base overview of all new content was done, thousands changes which need to be done are marked and now only to do it all! All new content has been properly investigated so we know what to do with it and how exactly wewill be adapting all new and changed stuff. We will certainly rework some new bandit features, units and caps. Several basic tables are now fully updated aswell. Now need some sleep and tomorrow after i return from work will continue! Around 8% of all is done!

I know everyone is rushing you to finish as they dont want to play the DLC without your mods, but please go on your pace. We dont want you or the team burning out trying to get this done. No crunch and please be safe. Thank for for all your work over the years.

Today we have for you another new update to our 3K overhaul mod. Many balance changes, economy tweaks, Ai improvements, visual and UI update on top of that!

Recently announced dlc - A World Betrayed will be once again fully supported by our team!

- All MoH Ink unit cards received remaster to fit our own Ink style of all unit cards.

- Updated unit cards on all vanilla units which received our visual and redesign upgrade.

- Updated More Flag Variations In Battle Mod from contactnovuspc to latest version.

- Updated [WDG] We're different general mod from artmongky to latest version.


If you have any issues/crashes etc:

1. Avoid using any mods not created by our team if you are not 100% sure about compatibility, always best to ask us directly first on our social media/discord etc.,

2. Unsubscribe from all of your mods. Then, go to your Steam\Steamapps\Workshop\Content folder and delete the 779340 folder. Resubscribe to your mods and start the launcher to let it download everything again. Try launching the game.

3. If the above step doesn’t work, go to C:\Users(Your Username)\AppData\Roaming. Back up your saves from The Creative Assembly folder there, and then delete the whole folder. Cloud saves will not be affected. Start the game.

4. Make sure you are not opted in the Beta. Our mod is updated for the latest live patch and dlc, wont work on any older or beta versions.

Hello! I'm unable to load any of the old saves after this update. Is this update supposed to be backward compatible or you can no longer use old saves?

All saves working fine here, there was nothing in the update which would effect saves. I have 2 campaign saves back from may 2019 when game was released and even those working fine. Make sure all mods yo uare using are properly activated and that you didnt remove any mod which was required for your current save.

thanks for your reply. It's probably caused by a mod conflict with another mod, but unfortunately removing that mod would also prevent me from loading the saves lol T_T Please keep up the amazing work! Can't wait for A World Betrayed to be supported!

Hello Everyone, Team Radious!

After many months of hard work, delays and complications, we are proud to share with you our newest submod: Radious Warlords Submod! Its goal to is to increase the diversity of generals you can select in your Warhammer II campaigns and give you a wider range of tactical possibilities.

Today, it is made public with 6 new Lords, available across 4 factions which in our opinion suffer the most from lack of variety in this department. This is only the beginning however, with many more Lords planned for future updates and we are always open for feedback and suggestions!

The Lords with which this submod launches are:

· Guildmaster (Dwarves),

· Great Bray Shaman (Beastmen),

· Doombull (Beastmen),

· Shaman Warleader (Norsca),

· Fimir Noble (Norsca),

· Anointed of Asuryan (High Elves),


In theory, you should be able to add it to an existing save, but you won’t be able to remove it afterwards. For optimal experience, we recommend starting a new campaign, however.

We would like to thank all of our community members and patrons for getting us through the development of this submod. It has been one of our most ambitious projects, bar the overhauls themselves. Here is a full changelog of major changes/additions though not every little bit will be here, that would take too long;

· Added a new generic Lord option to Dwarven factions, the Guildmaster. He comes with a custom model and skill tree as well as his own role on the games economy,

· Guildmaster is a powerful supporting Lord, capable of buffing all ranged units in his army and strengthening the economy of the province he finds himself in. He also wields a powerful rifle, designed to wreak havoc on the enemy army,

· Added a new generic Lord option to Beastmen factions, the Great Bray Shaman. He comes with a custom model, four different schools of magic (wild, beasts, death and shadows) and a razorgor chariot mount,

· The Bray Shamans are designed to fit a nieche in the Beastmen army. They are a little bit weaker in melee combat, instead providing powerful magic on the battlefield and faction buffs on the campaign map,

· Added a new generic Lord option to Beastmen factions, the Doombull. He comes with a custom model and skill tree as well as fearsome reputation on the battlefield,

· The Doombull is supposed to be the muscle of your army, doing the heavy lifting on the front lines and buffing monster units in your army. If he doesn’t have one of the i highest kill counts after the battle, you are probably using him wrong.

· Added a new generic Lord option for High Elven factions, the Anointed of Asuryan.

· The Anointed’s role is supposed to be that of a wise advisor and leader of his people. As such, in the game, he provides powerful faction buffs and is capable of holding his own on the field of battle, especially at the later levels. His connection to Asuryan gives him the possibility of riding the two types of phoenix’s available in the game to battle,

· Added a new generic Lord option for Norscan factions, the Shaman Warleader. He comes with a custom model, skill tree and a manticores mount option,

· The Shaman Warleader acts as the rallying points of the Norscan people, providing counsel and ensuring that everyone in the tribes knows their place. Using powerful magic, they are capable of controlling the battlefield,

· Added a new generic Lord option for Norscan factions, the Fimir Noble. He comes with a customised model and skill tree as well as their own legend attached,

· In the lore, Fimirs are shrouded by legends and have their own agendas. We have tried to reflect that in their skills and abilities, but they are primarily fearsome melee fighters.

· All new Lords are balanced around core Radious Overhaul and will not work without it

· All new Lords received custom portraits and unit cards,

· All new Lords are available for selection in both custom battles and the campaign,

Hello Everyone, Team Radious here!

We know that this article is coming a bit later than expected but the first 2 months of 2020 were extremely busy for us and we chose to prioritise working on updating our mods for WHII and 3K patches and DLCs. Fortunately, we made a pact with Tzeench to send this post back in time. Please don’t tell anyone or we will grow another pair of eyes or arms (now that we think about, an extra pair of hands does not sound too bad…).

2019 has come and gone and it has been exceptionally fruitful for us here at Team Radious. We have celebrated our tenth birthday and following the release of Total War: Three Kingdoms in May, we have completed our seventh full overhaul mod! On top of that, not content with being idle for the rest of the year, we have been releasing countless updates, roster expansions and bigger and smaller content additions to make our 3K Overhaul a truly extraordinary experience it deserved to be. It currently boasts 140 unique custom units and countless other features. We’ve also released two Chinese language packs and three submods to increase the pool of people who can enjoy our creation and make it more accessible than ever before! 3K has not been the only game which has received some love from us, far from it. Mod now has 145 custom units + many vanilla units are redesigned and changed! Every playable faction now has 7-9 unique units available only to them to make variety and diversity in rosters much bigger.

Thank you! For the 2 new units of Liu Biao, when you say available to all generals, do you mean everyone, or just all Liu's generals? And you said you updated "we are different generals" and "more flag variations", does Radious include those mods too?

Good day Everyone!

We have today for you another massive new update to our 3K overhaul mod. You can expect new units, big balance changes, new features and many visual improvements! On top of that we improved AI recruitment, redesigned many vanilla units, rebalanced several technologies and much more!

Changelog:

- Full support of latest official 4.1 Hotfix update.

- Additional unit balancing.

- Additional AI recruitment improvements - once AI lords reach required unit unlock level they will prefer faction unique and stronger units much more.

- Several economy/effects changes to various administration buildings.

- Small changes to level 10 garrisons.

- Small changes to diplomacy, tweaks to various faction relations.

- Small reduction of experience amount requirement for character ranks 4 and 5.

- Various balance changes to blue (water) tech tree, small reduction in trade power and character salary bonuses. Income bonuses from various techs rebalanced.

- Several fixes to wrongly placed unit formations.

- Several fixes to wrong unit descriptions.

- Redesigned Onyx and Pearl Dragons - no longer peasant looks, much more detailed visuals.

- Redesigned Rapid Tiger Infantry, Warriors of the Left and Mounted Crossbowmen visuals.

- Updated More Flag Variations mod from contactnovuspc to latest version.

- Updated [WDG] We're different general mod from artmongky to latest version.

- Updated Better Faces and General Face Overhaul mods from Deema to latest version.


5 brand new units for Lu Zhi:

Three Rivers Infantry - available to all generals from rank 5+.

Northern Army Macemen - available to all generals from rank 4+.

Scholar Warriors - available to all generals from rank 5+.

Three Rivers Cavalry - available to all generals from rank 6+.

Northern Army Crossbowmen - available to all generals from rank 5+.


If you have any issues/crashes etc:

1. Avoid using any mods not created by our team if you are not 100% sure about compatibility, always best to ask us directly first on our social media/discord etc.,

2. Unsubscribe from all of your mods. Then, go to your Steam\Steamapps\Workshop\Content folder and delete the 779340 folder. Resubscribe to your mods and start the launcher to let it download everything again. Try launching the game.

3. If the above step doesn’t work, go to C:\Users(Your Username)\AppData\Roaming. Back up your saves from The Creative Assembly folder there, and then delete the whole folder. Cloud saves will not be affected. Start the game.

4. Make sure you are not opted in the Beta. Our mod is updated for the latest live patch and dlc, wont work on any older or beta versions.

Good day Everyone!

We have today for you massive new update to our 3K overhaul mod. You can expect new units, big balance changes, new features and many visual improvements!


Changelog:

- Additional unit balancing.

- Additional small AI recruitment improvements.

- Small changes to various unit requirements.

- Security (Garrison) buildings now provide more Trebuchets/Crossbows on walls with each tier. Main Town Buildings from level 8 also now provide small amount of wall defences.

- Supplies now contribute to max ammo - empty -10%, low -5%, normal +5%, High +10%.

- Reduced morale penalty for defenders during night battles from -15 to -10.

- Imperial units are now unlocked in custom battles for all Han factions.

- Emperor and Liu Chong now share all their special units.

- Millitary technologies provide 1 additional amount of wooden stakes, towers and oil.

- Slightly reduced amount of standard bearers and increased regular units instead. (From 200 unit size its now 184 soldiers and 16 standard bearers, previously it was 180 and 20).

- UI localisation for added effects on unit stats panel - bonus vs cav and bonus vs inf.

- All Minor factions no longer use Cao Cao special units (vanilla game bug), now each minor faction got assigned faction special units depending on lore and history, closest fitting roster to them. This is big change because previously you were able to see Cao Cao units only, but after this change rosters will be far more unique and interesting units across all minor factions. This goes to all Mandate, Three Kingdoms and 8 Princes minor factions.

- Small buff to Yellow Turban research speed bonuses from various buildings.

- Small buff to anti fervour effects from various Han buildings so its easier mainly for Ai to clear that effect when no Yellow Turbans are near.

- Custom Yellow Turban units now have new Yellow Turban shield patterns.

- Scripts for Yellow Turban and Liang rebellion reworked - more and stronger armies will spawn, better quality units depending on phase of rebellions and our custom units are included in spawned armies.

- Updated all horse armors and flag variations from contactnovuspc to latest version.

- Updated all Better Faces and Generic Generals Overhaul from deema to latest version.

- Updated [WDG] We're different general mod from artmongky to latest version.


5 new Units for Liu Chong:

Chen Golden Armour - available from rank 6+ to all generals.

Southern Army Archers - available from rank 5+ to all generals.

Yellow River Ferryman - available from rank 5+ to all generals.

Yellow River Free Company - available from rank 5+ to all generals.

Southern Army Guardsmen - available from rank 5+ to all generals.
